Short answer: Stripe decides this, not Payment for Stripe. We can't reopen an account or see why Stripe closed it. Contact Stripe support, and ask them what they need from you.

Account closed
This Stripe account was closed and can't be connected. Sign in with a different Stripe account, or contact Stripe support.
- Account setup in progress. Not a rejection. Stripe wants details from you. See Account setup in progress.
Why it happens
Stripe reviews every account. It can pause or reject an account while it verifies information, if it can't confirm your business, or for risk and policy reasons. It doesn't always tell the platform why. Stripe lists the possible reasons in its documentation.
What to do
- Sign in to your Stripe Dashboard and look for notices or tasks. Some holds have a form to answer or appeal.
- Check your email, including spam, for messages from Stripe.
- Contact Stripe support. Say your account is restricted and ask what's needed. Only Stripe can review it.
- Check you're on the right account. Another account on the same login may be fine. See The app asks me to create a new Stripe account.
- If Stripe confirms the account is closed, you can sign in with a different Stripe account.
