Stripe account issues

• Why are my Payments disabled?
• Stripe still says my account is controlled by Payment after disconnecting
• My Stripe account is restricted, rejected or "ineligible"
• Stripe says "Platform Payment's access has been removed from your account"
• "Account setup in progress" but Stripe shows nothing left to do
