Add staff and set permissions

Short answer: You add staff in your Enterprise account at enterprise.payment.co. Every staff member can charge and refund. There's no separate "charge-only" role. What you can control is which menus they see and how checkout behaves for everyone.

Add a staff member

  1. Log in at enterprise.payment.co and open Users.

Enterprise dashboard: menu with Users, App Customization and Plan & Billing, plus team activity and Export CSV

  2. Click Add user.
  3. Enter their Full Name, Email, and a Password (at least 12 characters), then click Create user.
  4. Share the password with them directly. The email they get has download links and login help, but not the password.

To add users, you need a connected Stripe account and an active plan. If Add user is missing, check Plan & Billing.

What staff can do
Staff can create charges and process refunds on your behalf. They can't see your financials, log in to your Stripe account, or log in to the Enterprise site. They can't add products in the app either.

What you can control

  • Menus: in App Customization, turn off Payments, Customers, Invoices, Payment Links, Subscriptions, Coupons, or Payouts to hide them from your team's app.
  • Checkout: tipping (Each device decides, Always ask for a tip, Never ask for a tip), Allow charging existing customers, and Start on the products list.

Changes reach the apps the next time they're opened.

Can I stop one person from refunding?
Not today. Refunds are the same for every staff member. Hiding the Payments menu keeps staff away from past sales. To remove access for one person, use Log out or Delete next to their name in Users.

Remove or log out staff
Click Log out on a row to sign that person out of the mobile app on their next action. Log out all users does it for the whole team. Delete removes the user.
