How do my users log in with their Enterprise account?

Short version: your users log in inside the app with the email and password from the Enterprise account you set up for them — they don't connect their own Stripe account. Here's the full picture.

First, a heads-up: your users won't have access to the Enterprise website at enterprise.payment.co. That's the admin dashboard, and it's yours alone — you add and manage users there once you've connected your Stripe account.

After you create their accounts, each user gets an email prompting them to download the app. Once it's installed, logging in takes a few taps:

Download and open the app (iOS or Android)

• On iOS: tap the three-dots menu (•••) in the top-right corner of the welcome screen, then choose Enterprise Login.
• On Android: tap the three-dots menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of the welcome screen, then choose Enterprise Login.

From there, your users enter the email and password tied to their Enterprise account, and they're in.

One thing to flag for your team: the main Sign in with Stripe button on the welcome screen is for business owners connecting their own Stripe account — not for Enterprise users. Your team should always go in through Enterprise Login in the menu.
