Troubleshooting WisePad 3

The WisePad 3 is a bluetooth connected Stripe Terminal card reader. For the reader to function properly, you must have the following enabled on your device:

  • Grant location access (while using)
  • Bluetooth

Disallowing either of these services will prevent you from using the Stripe Terminal reader. If you mistakenly denied access to either of these services, you will need to go into your device's Settings app to allow. Instructions for how to do that are below:
