Setup a BBPOS WisePad 3 for Android

The BBPOS WisePad 3 is a portable Bluetooth reader. Here's how to pair it with the Payment for Stripe app on Android. Pair it from the app, not from your device's Bluetooth settings.

1. Make sure location services are enabled for the Payment app, and turn the WisePad 3 on.
2. Open the app and tap Connect reader at the top of the charge screen. (You'll find the same option in the menu at the top left.)
3. Tap Bluetooth reader:
   
4. Under Select reader, tap the BBPOS WisePad 3 whose serial number matches your reader.
5. Enter an amount, tap Charge, then follow the prompt to tap, insert, or swipe the card on the reader.

Already paired it in your device's Bluetooth settings? Forget it there first, then connect from the app.
