Short answer: Payment for Stripe doesn't send payouts. Stripe does, on a schedule, straight to your bank. The app has no "transfer" button, so a balance that sits there is usually just waiting for the next payout day.
Why it happens
- It's your first payout. Stripe usually sends the first payout 7 to 14 days after the first sale. After that, payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule.
- Money isn't available yet. Card sales take a few days to settle before Stripe can pay them out. The payout schedule only controls when available money is sent.

Your payouts are set to manual. The app shows this and an Open payout settings button. Nothing is sent until you send it from Stripe.

Stripe is holding payouts. If you see this, Stripe needs more details before it sends money. You can still take payments.
Finish setup to get paid to your bank
You can take payments, but Stripe won't send money to your bank until it has these details
- You're looking at the wrong Stripe account. If the app is signed in to a different account than your Dashboard, the balances won't match. See The app asks me to create a new Stripe account.
What the message means
On Android, an empty Payouts list shows:
No payouts
The connected Stripe account doesn't have any payouts yet.
On iPhone and iPad the title is No Payouts. It means Stripe hasn't created a payout for this account yet. Check the reasons above.
What to do
- Open Payouts in the app and look at Next payout for the date.
- If you see the manual payouts message or Finish setup to get paid to your bank, tap through and finish it on Stripe.
- In your Stripe Dashboard, check your payout schedule and that your bank account details are correct.
- Still nothing after the first 14 days? Contact Stripe support. Payouts are Stripe's to send and they can see why one is held.
