See which sales were cash

Short answer: Cash sales you record in the app live in their own list, and they show up in your Stripe Dashboard as paid invoices — not as card payments. No card is charged, no fee applies, and they never reach your payout.

This needs Allow cash payments turned on in Settings. Here's how to record one: How do I record cash payments?

In the app

  • Open the Stripe menu and tap Cash payments (it appears once cash is turned on). Every recorded cash sale is there.
  • The Payments list only shows card payments, so you won't find cash sales there.

Payments list with card payments only: paid, Uncaptured, Refunded, Released and Failed

  • On iOS, the sales summary on the home screen counts card sales only. A small note says "Card sales only · Cash sales are in Stripe Invoices."

In your Stripe Dashboard

Cash sales are in your invoices, not under Payments. Each one is marked as paid out of band, with the description "Paid in cash."

Will cash show up in my payout or fees?
No. No money moves through Stripe, so there's nothing to pay out and no fee to charge. Count that cash yourself.

Can I send a receipt?
Yes. When you record the sale, add an optional name and email, then tap Send receipt.
