Short answer: Yes. Registered non-profits pay $19/month ($190/year) for Enterprise and a 0% Payment app fee. Stripe's own processing fees still apply, and Stripe has its own non-profit discount: Stripe's non-profit rates.
How do I sign up?
- Sign in at enterprise.payment.co with the account owner.
- Open Plan & Billing.
- Pick the Nonprofit plan, monthly or yearly, and check out.
The 0% app fee turns on once the plan is active. The 15¢ minimum app fee doesn't apply.
Who qualifies?
Your Stripe account must be registered as a non-profit or government organization, or list a charity, religious, civic or school business category. You can check this in your Stripe Dashboard's business settings.
It says "Email support to verify"?
Your Stripe account isn't registered as a non-profit yet. Email support@payment.co with your organization's name and proof of non-profit status (for example, a 501(c)(3) determination letter or your country's equivalent). We'll set up the plan for you.
What does Enterprise include?
Unlimited team members, charge-only staff logins, and control over which app features your team sees.
