What is the return policy for card readers?

We're sorry you'd like to return your card reader. We wish it would have worked out for you!

As mentioned when you purchased the card reader in our return policy, https://paymentforstripe.com/#returns, your return is subject to a 20% restocking fee (which will be deducted from your refund). You are also responsible for the cost to ship the item back to PocketVendor, LLC.

You can ship your reader, with all original parts (wristlet, USB charger, plastic case) to:

Once we receive the reader, we will inspect and test it, then process your refund. After you ship the reader, please pass along the tracking number as a reply to this email.

We will not accept returns after 30 days.
