If you are attempting to close your account or remove platform controls enabled for the Payment app platform, you may be seeing the following message in your Stripe account:
This message indicates that the Payment app platform has completed all of the necessary steps to deauthorize your Stripe account from our platform and has removed any corresponding data. However, to finalize this transition, you will need to click the "Transition account" button to complete the transition to a Standard Stripe Connect account that is not controlled by the Payment platform.
If you wish to reconnect to the Payment platform, you will also need to complete the transition, then simply log in to the Payment app again.
