Locate missing payments and payouts

First, go to your Payment app and open the menu. On both iOS and Android, you will see a Stripe account ID listed.

Then, head to a web browser and navigate to your Profile in your Stripe Dashboard, you may see a list like this:

This is a list of all of the accounts that are *linked* to your main Stripe account, which is usually listed first. Some of these accounts (like PocketVendor in the example above) may even have the exact same name! You own all of these Stripe accounts.

You can view the payments or balances for any of these accounts by selecting the ellipsis (...) and choosing "Copy URL" for the matching Stripe account ID. Then, paste that link into your browser window to view that account.
