Short answer: Open the app and tap Stripeでサインイン. Stripe handles the login, you approve access, and you're ready to take a payment. No new password to remember.
If you already have a Stripe account
- Open Payment for Stripe and tap Stripeでサインイン.
- Log in with the email and password you use for Stripe.
- If you have more than one Stripe account, Stripe shows a list. Pick the one you want to collect payments with.
- Approve the connection. You'll land back in the app.
If you don't have a Stripe account yet
You can create one right from the app. Start with Stripeでサインイン. If you back out, the app asks what stopped you. Choose Stripeアカウントを持っていません, then Get started. Enter your email on the アカウントを作成する screen and Stripe walks you through setup. Have your business info and bank details handy. It takes about 5 minutes. This works on both iPhone and Android.
If the app says you already have an account, tap Stripeでサインイン instead.
What can the app do with my account?
It can only create charges you approve. It can never withdraw money. You can disconnect anytime from your Stripe Dashboard.
My Stripe account is already connected to another service
Stripe allows each account to connect with one platform. If yours is tied to something like Shopify, it can't also connect here. The app offers 無料アカウントを作成する to set up a separate Stripe account. Your existing account isn't affected.
It says the account was closed
Stripe won't let a closed account connect. Sign in with a different Stripe account, or contact Stripe support.
Using an Enterprise login from an employer?
That's a different sign-in. See "Staff can't log in or land in the wrong company" if you're stuck.
