Who is eligible to use WeChat Pay and Alipay?

WeChat Pay, the digital wallet inside the popular Chinese messaging app WeChat, has more than 900 million active monthly users. The users can make a payment directly via the WeChat app or via a QR code, which would be generated and presented from the Payment for Stripe app.
