Yes, although it is not recommended to collect offline payments as there is inherent risk in doing so. You may not know the card was declined until your customer has left with the merchandise.
However if you wish to proceed, you will need to enable offline payments in your User Menu > Features list. Offline payments require a connected Bluetooth card reader (BBPOS Chipper 2X BT, BBPOS WisePad 3 or Stripe Reader M2). Smart readers like the Stripe S700 and WisePOS E are not supported (as they require internet connectivity).
