Can the app pull in my WooCommerce products?

No — the app can't pull in your WooCommerce products. There's no two-way inventory sync between WooCommerce and Stripe, so while your payments still flow into the same Stripe account, your product catalog won't sync across.

It's a common request, but it isn't something we're able to build. As a workaround, you can set up your Products directly in Stripe.
